This site won't accept my Serial #

Can't update game

I've verified my game serial number many times, it's corrected entered into both my profile and when it asks for it apon update. However, it says it's wrong therefor can't update my game..

The only thing I can think of is that it already has a serial number for my DA in my profile but I don't remember entering one.

Is there another site I could download the patch from?

I have the Gold edition.

Please contact [email protected]. You should receive an automated response shortly after you send the mail with your ticket number; if you don't, check your spam/bulk folders.

If you can't email support or get no response at all, you can submit a ticket directly through this page. Just click next, then fill out the form and submit it (no need to log in or register there).
