Publishing Skins...

Well People....Today I Made My Entry To The Oplimpycs(a bit late....but just fine...I Missed The Most Creative Contest ) and I Was thinking......
It Was "ilegal" to publish a skin wich has been previously published in any other website right?.....but
is it ilegal tu publish the skin before uploading it here???.....
For now....y published a message in my favourite page (1001winampskins.com) with the adress....I Think It's Just Fine.... But Maibe It Would Be Better TO Publish It With A Preview. Dont You Think So?

As I know: Only place where the actual skin can be submitted is at GUIOlympics. You can only publish preview screenshots elsewhere.
