What are all the undocumented AI cheats/advantages?

I know for one that AI has exclusive tech trading amongst itself and I believe it also has a sensor range bonus, but I've also heard it has advantages when it comes to capital city food and productivity, or is this only above the intelligent difficulty level?

I know the developers probably want to stay quiet about such matters in the AI code given the game's reputation as non-cheating, so I was wondering is there an unofficial list kept somewhere of user-identified AI advantages? I can understand why they exist, but I'd really like to know what they are. Thanks.

Sensor bonus is only above intelligent as well. With the exception of the trading thing (and it's debatable to what degree that's a "cheat" IMO) there really aren't any AI bonuses/cheats until you get to a difficulty level where you're specifically requesting them.

So it's probably not that bad. Are you sure about the sensor bonus? It's not in the wiki.

The only real cheat is the tech trading, which needs to be reworked.

Well, every time I've seen it referenced or discussed it's been regarding AI sensor advantages at the highest difficulty settings. If there are sensor advantages at lower settings I know nothing about them. Either way, I'm sure someone will be along to either correct me or back me up on this one in due course.

Are you talking about the discussions that the AI seems to be able to see where all the anomalies are? And maybe the resources as well?

If so that is not just at the higher levels. They always know where all the anomalies are.

On the other hand, if you set your own Survey equipped ships to auto-survey, your guys know where they all are also. They will proceed to anomalies well outside their apparent sensor range.

I just put it down to Spock being able to get the instruments to point toward anomalies, even if the computer aided main display can't manage a full picture out that far.

Hi!

Pretty sure. Thanks for pointing the missing wiki sensors data. I've just corrected that.
