Problem with Wacom Tablet Mouse Wheel

Hi all,
I have a Wacom Tablet attached to my computer and prefer to use the Wacom mouse. The only problem I have is that the mouse wheel doesn't scroll the map like a normal mouse. Does anyone know what settings I need to change on the Wacom tablet for this to work?
Also, when I click the mouse wheel button (with the tablet mouse and also with a normal mouse) it shows my desktop. The game is still running - just minimised. I thought that clicking the middle button was to change camera angles.
