Dread Lords Bonuses?

Does anyone know what the exact bonuses the game uses for the Dread Lords? I know they get huge bonuses across the board, but are there exact numbers anyone could give me? Also, do the Dread Lord bonuses increase exponentially overtime?

Cakewalk = 15 (Fool)
Easy = 20 (Dunce)
Simple = 30 (Beginner)
Beginner = 40 (Sub-Normal)
Normal = 50 (Normal)
Challenging = 65 (Bright)
Tough = 80 (Intelligent) *Full AI capability from here on*
Painful = 85 (Gifted)
Crippling = 95 Genius)
Masochistic = 100 (Incredible)
Obscene = 120 (Godlike)
Suicidal = 150 (Ultimate)

That is a list of the AI's intelligence levels, but I don't have one for the bonus's.
But, as far as I know, they start getting bonuses in several areas at the Painful level, and they increase to 300% at Suicidal. And they do not increase with game time unless one of them gets the event that causes a 1% increase per turn to some particular ability.

Ough, as I experienced, the dread lords (hate'em) get pretty the maximum of bonuses. I remember all had weapons of something like 12 per middle ship, the dread lords were manufacturing the same ship with 900 hit points!!!!    All wars were somehow stopped and everyone was sending entire fleets against'em..
Therefore try to always weep them out early in the game with a max. of resources....

So with higher skill levels, the DL bonuses increase? I know that they start with every single tech at the start, and I know that when I invaded them once, they had a soldering ability of 311.

Moosetek was thinking of the general bonuses that all major race AIs get as the difficulty is scaled up. The Dread Lords themselves are still a special case though.

How exactly are they a special case? Do you mean their bonuses stay the same for whatever skill level? Or do the DL bonuses have some unique calculation that makes them the way they are?
