AI is arming it's colony ships 1.6 Final

I'm pretty sure this is a bug...

In my current game, the Iconian AI armed it's colony ships. Anyone else seeing this?

Arming colony ships? Maybe it's just paranoid.

I arm my colony ships in the later stages of the game when I come across uncolonized worlds in the midst of a war, but I suppose that's understandable.

Actually, I found the Krynn putting guns on their constructors (not that it did them much good, heh heh) during my current 1.6 game. Perhaps it's intended as a counter to small ships with a single gun.

In my current 1.6 game, the Arceans put defenses on their troop transports: 1-1-1, but no guns. Maybe they were getting ready to propose the "armed transports" resolution to the UP? heh.
