ty, though i was alluding more to how well set up ToE is. it's a lot easier to use IMO than these forums.

Ahh, theres something to simplicity i say. Could be nicer though, i have so many ideas and mods and such that i want installed but just lack the knowledge to do so.

Hi, You know my name coz it's right next to this post (cpt. obvious) so i'm gonna skip the introductions. In short I like your empire and when my game arrives I was hoping that I could join it. I'm not a professional player but I am committed and will get scores up, no matter how small or large they may be. 

oh by the way, I'm very impressed that 50 of you manage to keep a pace with the Kzinti empire that has 400. If you ahd a few more members I can just imagine how the Tyranny of Evil could surpass Kzinti.

Looking forward to your answer and hoping it's a yes.

Hi, Talesine.

The empire is an open one, so you're welcome to join if you'd like.  Our emperor's Internet connection is out right now and I think the estimate for a new IP is something like 4 more weeks.  Maybe 5.

You can come by and peruse the empire's website if you'd like.  There are some gaming ideas there that might be of interest.  The address is tyrannyofevil.com if you're interested.  There's a link in Nielo's OP above.

If you do decide to join, welcome aboard.

Welcome young prey creature.  The Tyrants seem to be sleeping as of late, but I'm sure one will rouse soon from his slumber to open the halls of darkness.  The Kzinti look forward to meeting you in battle, for we are always hungry...

I'll sign up to the tyranny later today maybe. Though I am quiet interested, I have the url saved to my favorites and bookmarked. looking forward too it.

Yup, it sure has been pretty quiet around here lately (almost went a whole month without a post)! The ToE forums haven't been quite as dead as the ToE posts here, but it has slowed down a bit. Once the holidays are over and the kangaroos run some internet over to Neilo's house, I'm pretty sure that the activity will pick back up.  I haven't been posting on either site lately (nothing to say really), but I do have 3 games in the works (gotta love being on vacation) that I can hopefully get posted to our scores sometime before the new year!!

Sorry to get a little off-topic, but I'm in the middle of my first Metaverse battle in the name of the ToE and I was wondering if you can save a MV game, quite it, and then come back to it later? I would finish it all in one go, but I've been playin so long that I'm pretty sure my eyes are gonna fall out of my head.

Now I know why someone shouldn't probably choose a HUGE map for their first battle.
