Help-no sound

No sound after installing galciv 2

Hi, just bought GCII, installed, it runs fine but there is no sound. Options selected for sound on and max volume. Any suggestions?

If you got the game by download, just go back into SDC, click the + by GalCiv2, and get the Multimedia package too.
