I was playing with my video settings, trying to get the in game movies to play fluidly, and when I returned to the main menu, the menu screen had enlarged its self outside the boundary of my monitor preventing me from actually selecting any options.

Basically what I want to know is how to reset all the options to default without actually being in the game. I've already tried uninstalling the game and deleting all the folders I could find that were related to the game (the entire Stardock folder basically).
