Simple question on game options and a problem I think I found.
On the GalCivII; Dark Avatar Galaxy Setup under Game Options I have remove the X next to the Super Abilities to opt out but the Super Abilities are still showing up on my chosen race and the opponents also.

Why not under "Game Options" in the Galaxy Setup could you not have something like "Limit Bonus Tiles to 100% only"?  

Also at the beginning and during the game whenever I move a ship only one square I hear four clicks then it moves to the location. These clicks sound like four fast mouse clicks.
