Error 12?

I am trying to submit my game to the meatverse on Galciv II: DL V1.5. It says that my serial number does not match the one on the metaverse. How do I fix this?

I sent it on June 6th, it's 17th now.

Try e-mailing them again. I had the same problem (within the last week) and they responded after three days. It's likely your e-mail got misplaced or something...

Did you ever get the automated reply noting yout ticket number and the details to access it on the support site? If not, check your spam/bulk filtering. Some webmail hosts such as hotmail have also been known to blackhole support mails silently in the past as well, so if you're using something like that, try it from your ISP mail account or another that isn't filtered.

Failing all else, you can submit a ticket directly through this page. Just click next, then fill out the form and submit it (no need to log in or register there).

i got the same problem
i got an answer ( Ticket ID: QBS-569291)to register the game (what i did with the stardock central utility)
as they explained to me and also tripple and more checked my serial. all correct

interestingly i can register from the basic game but not from the dark avatar.
did u ever get it solved?

Yes, I got issued a new Serial Number. All works fine now.

uhm
Why has my serial number changed to some Impulse serial number. I tryed to ppost to metaverse and my SDC downloaded version says the serial is invalid with the metaverse server. (error 11)

How now can I change this serial back to the old one that I was issued?

Also, perhaps stardock should EMAIL people when theyre going to change serial numbers (and or clients) without notice.

The system has always regenerated serials from the seeds each time you request them. If you're having issues with it, contact [email protected] and they can help you get things sorted out.

Yes, well I didn't request any new one. Bah. More hoops to jump through. Not worth it anymore.
