Error downloading Heightmaps Beta 7

Every time I have tried to download the Heightmaps Beta 7 from Stardock Central, it downloads the whole thing and then gets stuck when it tries to remove the temporary files. I have tried this 4 or 5 times and always get the same result. I am sending in a bug report on this as well

Did you send it to gc2bugs or support (It's an SDC thing, so it should probably go to support)?

I don't know how long you were waiting, but it does take a 'little' while. I know I had to walk away from the PC last night for about twenty minutes or so. When I came back it had finally updated. Try it if you didn't wait more than five minutes and see if that works.

This isn't a solution per se, but if you have a fast connection you can just uninstall heightmaps and reinstall the new version or at least it worked for me. I had beta 5 and when I tried to update to beta 7 stardock crashed everytime.

If you can't complete the download of the Heightmaps;

Please try the following from within Stardock Central:

-Go to Tools->Settings
-Click the Internet section
-Click the "Refresh XML Data" button

Run this program: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/clear_cache_sdc.bat
