BUG: Spending allocation sliders malfunction

With Beta 3 (DA 1.59[b].095 the Military/Social/Researcg sliders do not work properly.

I started a new game (Thalans, Huge, 9 opponents, Crippling), then locked Research at 100% for some turns. Then when I wanted to set Mil to 33% and Social to whatever let me build the first Basic Factory in 1 turn the sliders jumped between values when switching from Domestic to Civ Manager/Colonies and back again, e.g. setting Social to 33% flip back & forth then it was at 24%. Also some times clicking on the increase arrow did not change the percentage.

This only happened with Beta 3...before that I played the latest non-beta and did not have this problem.

This is an old bug and not specific to the 1.6 beta. It's been kicking around since Dread Lords

I wouldn't mind seeing that panel improved. For example, it would be nice to be able to right-click a slider to lock it where it is.

I'm not sure what your refering to but i think you mean the funny business that happens when the slider bars percentages are out of whack in comparison to the scale of the location of the slider bar.

That happens when you slide a bar too far one way or the other.
