What's the funniest thing you have seen on these forums?
Quirky comment, smart arse response, what got you giggling?
from
GalCiv2 Forums
Hi all, after spending the last year or more as a frequent user on this forum i got to thinking. As useful as this forum is in GalCiv talk, i have found it to be a great place to find a laugh or two as well. Be it a quirky comment in an AAR or an off topic subject or even the many, many smart ass responses/posts, i have found myself having quite the chuckle, something i did not expect to find here, and have not seen on other game forums. (Rise of Nations comes to mind here....sigh!)
So, what got you laughing......
For me, it was a recent post from Wheeloffire, in a locked thread about some web snafu. His rant had me in stitches, i won't elaborate, it is locked after all, but his wonderful and frequent use of "Stupid Motherfracker" had my laughing for some time, and it has had a lasting effect.
Stupid Motherfracker has been in my vocabulary since and always brings a smile to my face when i say it.
So what say you all, what has had you in stitches?
Neilo.

As my empire name states, there are 'standards' to uphold, even in the 'competition' that is the metaverse. First of all it wouldn't be fair of me to post only wins, at least not in my opinion. Second, I play to have fun, period. If I end up getting my ass kicked, oh well, it's just a game and even at that, sometimes it is quite entertaining to see how long I can fend off the hordes of invaders at my doorstep. It adds to the challenge, the fun factor and the replayability.
