New release patch , but no release notes!

I received the latest game update, thank you. It would be nice if you included a release notes document with each release that would explaine what was changed in the game in this release.

It appears to be a dud. The version got updated in anticipation of a new patch, but the new files aren't actually there. It's still 1.5x3.

Plus, I got notice of the New Galactic Civilizations II: Twilight of the Arnor and that I could get both at 'near' 1/2 price... link in the email didn't work... link to the new product yield like to another Purchase... WITH NO DISCOUNT that I could see...
