What is your favoite Galciv 2 race

By the way, my favorite civ is the Altarian Republic. I like their ships and the way they look. Bummer the devs changed them in DA. Anyway, Tell me your favorite race!

Hmm, either Terran or Krynn.

in dl i always play Terran due to their luck bonus. The connection with luck and firepower is significant in DL

I like the iconians as an AI race, they seem most reasonable.

I like the Drengin as an opponent.

I've nearly always played terran but recently really enjoyed a game where I was the Yor.

I like to play the races as I believe they would behave them selves and as the Yor I had a great time being totally evil without a care in the world!

It really changed the game for me and added so much more, I think I may try the Torians next time round as their conflict with the Drengin makes a great background story...

Yeah, there are races that can rapidly expand. If you are smaller than them they will declare war on you for no reasons They are:

Altarian
Arceans (Big One)
Drengin
Krynn
Drath sometimes

I like teh Arceans and the Altarians. The Korx and Drath are ok. I play Terrans on occasion too.

No offense, but I absolutly hate the Korx. When ever I play as the Altarians the Korx are always after me. Probably because of the events in GalCiv 1: Altarian Prophicy

Anyway, I also play as the Terrans a lot in DA becuase of their sweet super ability

I just started playing as the Torians, due to the "breeder" super ability. I never chose playing them before because I thought they looked dorky ... so I put a picture of my cat in their place instead, and name the ship classes "Jaguar," "Bobcat," "Tiger," etc., so that jazzes things up. I'll tell you, that super-breeder ability is nice.
