Need help getting a mod to work

I downloaded Stephan's blaster mod and installed it they way i thought it should go but its not showing up in my components when i go to create new ships. I know my enemies are using it against me so it is in game. The sound effects and graphics are in the right place, I did modify the types file as directed but for some reason I dont have access to the blaster myself. Not quite sure what I am doing wrong. Every other mod I have installed seems to work fine.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in adavance.

ah, hi, this mod was thought as a present for the starwars Mod Team, therefore no readme, sorry,

hm it's thought to be available from the start and with a damage value of 1

when the enemies can use it, then you can use it too, the failure is not the implementation. Be sure you haven't linked it to a tech you did not researched.

hey I also would like to know how to get some mods to work.

I have, in the game, set the path to the darkavatar/mods directory but I dont know if I have to select one mod or if I can just leave it like that and it will play/use all the mods I have in that directory.

for knowing purposes I only have Kryos hull mod, high resolution graphics mods, jk anomaly pack 1, and stefans mod(but this one is not in the mod directory).

Can it be possible to use all three of those at the same time like I just said?

You can only select one, so if you want to use them all at once, you'll need to put all of their files together under one folder.
