Saved game from DL demo

I currently have the demo of DL, which I downloaded from this website a couple of months back. I wanted to know if it would be possible to continue the games which I have saved in the demo, when I buy the full version of the game

It might be possible (I don't know what changes the devs may have made between the demo and retail that would affect that), but the biggest issue you'll run into is that the demo was based on an older version of the game (1.1 if I recall), and saves from a version that old are not likely to still work in the latest version.
