Economic Starbases Question

Ok i've seen the ai build several economic starbases around the same planet/star system. Does the economic bonus stack up? like if i had 2 starbases around one planet with 20% bonus each would they give me 40% total?

Yes, they stack. You can also really get a lot out of trade routes with mutliple economic starbases near them.
