They break treaty, you pay for it

I was playing a game where I had both economic and research treaties with the Altarians, who were dominating the game at this point. Their military owned mine, and they decided to declare war on me. Now, I am aware that if I were to declare war on a race I had treaties with, I receive the "- They don't trust you" Penalty. However, when THEY broke the treaties by attacking ME, I still received the same penalties for all races. This isn't a huuuge deal, but I get annoyed when I get blamed for things I didn't do. Probably dates back to grade school or something haha.
