Two bugs problems?: military production rate and oversized or undersided freighters

I believe it has to be a bug problem. I hope the picture shows the error. I just purchased GalCiv2 Gold Edition and was playing Dread Lords in a tiny map. The version was 1.5.

How can a minor race have such a high military production rate?

The second one was either oversized or undersized freighters, but they all followed the trading routes. The one was an Arcean freighter. At first, all were tiny freighters following their routes. Then I reloaded the game to play some more, then Arcean freighters became oversized following the routes.

Well, I tried to insert two pix--that doesn't seem to work. Let me add two links instead. The first link for the military rate problem: http://thehoys.superihost.com/galciv2/rate_problem.jpg

The second link for the oversized freighter:

not sure about the production rate but I immagine it's because your playing on a tiny map. Minor races usually start with a pretty nice colony and don't really go anywhere so wind up being able to spend a lot on nothing much of anything. If you aren't too far along with production then they could easily have quite a bit more than you (although the number seems high enough to be fishy)

With regards to the freighter thing... freighters under player/ai control are full sized and normal, once they are on a traderoute and puttering along that little line however they shrink greatly so they fit on the line and aren't a distraction.

A bit off topib but dealing with freighters. If you go to war, you get the pop up message that the trade route was too dangerous and had become unprofitable or whatever. Do you lose the freighter then, even if it wasn't detroyed? My guess is yes, since I can never seem to find it again, but I would think that just because they won't do that route doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to set up a new one.

Makes sense about the freighters. When I played, the size of the freighters usually shrink to tiny size after a few turns, but this one didn't shrink after a good number of turns. Thanks for the feedback.
