help game crashes at load screen

My game crashes at the screen when i click to begin the game I get to read the story and all that then click begin or what not and it crashes on me please help me don't know how to post the bug report I have a dual core machine with a x1900 radeon video card

The debug.err file is located in the main program folder, usually C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2(\DarkAvatar for DA).

You can open it with Notepad, then select all, copy and paste into the reply.

there is my bug report and i have found it only crashes when i load the campaign game i can play the other just fine and another thing how do i enable the cheats i added cheat where everyone said and it does not owrk

As I recall, some of the campaigns were pretty buggy in version 1.0 of the game.

You should update the game to at least 1.4x, which you can download in the Downloads section of this site. You will need to register the game to use the update.
