Can't connect to Stardock Central

Every time I try to connect to Stardock Central to update my Gold edition, I get an error message:

"Connection Error 1001. Stardock Central has been unable to contact it's server..."

However, I have downloaded the Stardock Central program and I can log on to this forum and post. Anyone else having this problem?
