Diplomacy win for AI

I noticed the Krynn had managed to become allies with every civ but the Drengin. I considered leaving my alliance with them but I didn't. Anyway, after some time, wars going on, the Drengin were fighting the Altarians and surrendered to me. That left the Krynn allied with everyone. And the game didn't end.

It still hasn't, long after. All victory conditions were enabled.
