Warmonging "peacemakers"

Apparently the megaevent is still bugged. The peacemakers do not attack only combat ships outside their "native" territory like the event description says. They attack everything including, for instance, unarmed minifreighters, combat ships in orbit and unarmed consturctors. This is gamebreaking. Please fix ASAP.

I agree. I had the same problem; they even attacked miners, starbases and a colony ship in orbit around my capital planet, while leaving every other fleet in view unmolested.
