Hi, and thanks.
I don´t know why Your systrayapps disappear, but my guess is that it has something to do with margins.
All machines and configurations are different, on my machine it´looks perfect.
If You have Skin Studio, I suggest You try to change systrays margins, maybe that could help.

The system has what is called auto hide, it hides them when they're not being used
