Stardock : Be more careful about peoples' money and support

This is just riduculus, i tried to purchase Galciv2:gold edition with my prepaid visa electron and after filling all personal and payment information,on the final checkout i got a message of "can not accept your order" and an order code(nothing else on the screen) i thought it was about the order system not accepting prepaid electron visa,i sent an email about how can this be solved,and waiting,but later I MADE A CHECK ON THE REMAINING MONEY IN MY PREPAID CARD,and guess what... i was charged the full amount and i got nothing in return,not even an e-mail.By now 2.5 hours later i have no response from support and my money missing somewhere.Any from stardock receiving this here?

Please contact [email protected] for issues such as this, rather than support. Support has a lot of tickets to work through on a continual basis, and the question would just need to be forwarded to sales anyway.

I got about a 48-hour turnaround when I mailed sales. But once I got my issue resolved I was set.

I had a shipping issue (address change). I sent an email and a follow-up. I received a response to the follow-up within about 2 business days. Issue completely resolved. Be patient - a 2.5 hour turnaround is a bit unrealistic for any company.

If you order did not appear to go through, it is likely that the pending authorization is what you are looking at, which is a hold on the funds if your credit card company authorized the charge. If for some reason the order failed, we would not collect the funds and the hold would be released in a matter of days, what ever the credit card company's policy is. Please send an email to [email protected], and I will look into this for you first thing on Monday. I apologize for your troubles.

Defend this guest: explain to me how God is not an Evil f@##$ing bastard for sending humans to Hell to burn forever. Does he do this to listen to our eternal screams? Does he do it so people in Heaven can be entertained by it? You can talk about homosexuality, sin, murder, lying, cheating, etc. all you want but I say God is an evil F@#$@#$#$ bastard that puts all these issues to rest with his blood lust and apparant joy of seeing his creations suffering in eternal torment.

So, everything was set and clear today, my order was completed all fine and i received everything,apparently it was a problem of the card company.
