Slight Problem, Any Help?

I recently paid for DA and got the serial number. However, I used a different email address to purchase the game than the one that I use for Stardock Central. I have sent an email to support@stardock about merging emails. Will this sort the problem, if so, then how will it sort it?

I sent the email about 2 days ago and they haven't yet replied?

Yep. Please be patient as they get a lot of emails (and the way the system works, if you email again it will actually delay any chance of getting a response).

Do make sure you got the automated response as soon as your initial mail was received by the support system, if not, you may have spam blockers preventing you from seeing the response.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't get the automated email and it isn't in my junk email folder either?

Did you send it from your hotmail address? I believe Hotmail has a record of simply swallowing inbound messages from us without a peep.

Are you using an open email server? For example, i will not recieve such emails through my companies email server dur to their tight ass filtering which i cannot controll from my pc.

I'm thinking of sending another email. I'm not even sure if they received my original email as I never got an automated message back. Do I email [email protected]?

Yep. It's more likely that hotmail swallowed the response--if you want to try again, send it from a different address.
