Something Odd

WHILE PLAYING JUST HAD AN ODD OCCURANCE. Gigantic map with 8 other civs random minor races and playing as custom race with super diplomat special ability. At present have recieved two civs planets when they were defeated. the Altarians after about 1 and 1/2 years and recieved 8 planets and 1 fighter. The Iconians just recently and while reviewing the 10 worlds found that they had some kind of precursor arifact/anomoly that keeps creating ranger class ships on one of these worlds...odd because it will not build anything else and the time frame is always 365 weeks despite tech upgrades or changes. I am not complaining because the Drengin are in full battle mode and these rangers that i Have are keeping them from totally taking over. Any body had a similiar event or occurance or is this a bug in DA?

I havnt heard this one before!

Once before i had a game where i was getting a free lucky ranger after x amount of turns which continued on through the rest of the game. However these lucky rangeres did not interfere with any planitary production.

I once had 4 lucky rangers pop up in one game. 2 to me, and one each to two of the other races.
