DA Crash Bug

I have discovered a bug that crashes DA. Here is what I did:

Click on Campaign from the main menu
Load saved campaign game, spies_endgamesave (an autosave at the end of the spies misson)
Click out of the tech tree screen to get into my capital planet screen.
Click Turn.
The victory screen comes up, click done.
The next misson screen pops up, but then the game crashes. I have sent the zip of the save to you.

Oh, on a related topic, I have no save for the bug where the survey ships get stuck
