Help editing Ability xml please

Well I tried using a text program to edit the file and was able to but nothing changed. Maybe I did it wrong. Do I change the lines Option 0,1 and 2 cost under sensors to 0 in the middle of the line where the "arrows" are or is that wrong? Also do I change both GCII's files and DA's or just one?

To make them free (if the game will allow that--not sure if it will but it should), change

<Option0Cost>1</Option0Cost>

to

<Option0Cost>0</Option0Cost>

Repeat for Option1Cost, Option2Cost, etc.

Only the file in DarkAvatar/Data/English needs to be changed to affect DA.
