Hey,
Recently I bought Gal Civ 2 Gold Edition and I'm playing DA. I'm pretty new to the game and I really really like it. The only thing I've noticed is I can't seem to set taxes :-/ which as you might imagine is not very conducive to controlling morale/income. I can view the screen which has my tax rate on it but there is no place to change it (I click something like domestic stats and then one of the tabs within there). I was wondering if I need to research a technology or something or if I'm just looking in the wrong spot. Thanks!
