Do Vista Dual Core machines still need same driver update from AMD as XP?

I know I had to update my processor when I upgraded to Vista Premium. I got mine from my Gateway website. I HAVE A Gateway model MX3414. I have the 64bit Vista with 2gigs of ram. I'm having a problem with it locking up deep into the game. I think its the dual processors giving the problem but not sure yet. About your problem, try going to your computers brand name website. If not you might need to got to the AMD website. Make sure you only download only for your model and OS system (32bit or 64bit). Good luck

If you're experiencing the wildly-spinning objects or out-of-control scrolling issues, then some sort of update will probably be needed. If you aren't, I wouldn't worry about it.
