Toggling planetary governors

one click to disable them all?

hi does anyone know how to turn off the planetary governors (auto-upgrade social structures) in one stroke (or mice/keypress)?

currently if i wanted to disable the planetary governor, i had to go into the planetary page, click on details (i think) and then select 'governors'. after that i get presented by 2 options. one to disable auto-upgrades of social structures, the other auto-terraform.

thanks in advance. i am sure this has been asked before but for some strange reason my searches turn up nought.

There isn't a hotkey that I'm aware of, but that is a good idea.

I'm actually not even looking for a hotkey, but rather a selection in the GAME OPTIONS page or something similar.

I play on tiny-small maps and enjoy micro-managing my colonies. But I would also like to avoid having to click through every colony to just disable every planetary governor each and everytime I start a new game.
