What about multiplayer?

Hi.. I buyed GalCiv II a few days before in hope i could join a multiplayer game with a friend on LAN or in web. All I've found yet is these Metaverse and I think it is just about high scores. I would be happy if anyone could tell me if there is posiible to play again each other in a direct way, like in Civilistaion maybe.

Which is, of course, symptomatic of the gaming press' complete lack of perspective. If ever there was a game that proved what an incredible SP game you can make when you solely focus on the single player experience, this is it.

There are just no other bad points. And since this game is a dedicated SP game, this means it's perfect!
