Enemy ships in my starports?

I took some enemy planets in a peace deal in a DA game.

Some of the planets have enemy ships in the starports. I can't launch them.

I am not sure if this is going to cause a long term problem.

I guess I will try to buy them from the enemy AI as it makes me a bit nervous to have enemy ships docked in my starports.

I've seen this too, it didn't cause a problem, but it is wierd.
