Need to blow off some steam,but don't think mass genocide of Torians will do the trick?Don't worry,because this is the board for you! Here's my rant: That hundreds of monumentally stupid lawsuits pop up every day, and some even make it to court. For example: Filing HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS against hair salons that charge more for women's hair-cuts.

Not all class action law suits are bad. For instance I saw an add on TV for anyone that had taken a certain medication and I contacted them, well to make it a short post. It was reciently settled and after lawer fees were taken out (it did not cost me anything if we lost and they took theirs out of what I was awarded) I got a little over $22,000.00. The medication had me down to 130 lbs and almost killed me; before I made the VA take me off of it (it was a pain med and they said that they could not efectivly manate my pain using anything else), and I was on deaths door step.

Yes they are.

The number of lives assisted by lawsuits pales in comparison to the number of lives hindered or even lost because the right people with the right expertise behave according to reducing liability instead of what is best for society.

Normally i would agree that an opinion is an opinion. However the results of lawsuits are plain to see in every day life - mine or your opinions do not change that.

Another driving rant...

Petrol being the price it is, i do not like to push my vehicle to it's limits. As a result i do not like to rapidly accelerate when the lights change green....
However, stupid drivers like to accelerate off at high speed when the lights change green, get ahead of me, then dive in front of me and box me in when they fail to continue accelerating to the speed limit!!!

This behaviour infuriates me, i mean it is just such a stupid thing do do, i mean if your not prepared to drive your vehicle at the speed limit then why accelerate so rapidly at the lights and dive in front of others and hold them up??
