Collector's Edition download problem

When trying to get my collector's edition stuff, I recieve a web page that says the following:

"Object moved to [here]."

And [here] is clickable, but returns me to the same page I started out. It's an endless circle.

So, where do I go to download my stuff??

The download was removed, it seems. The CE parts should be automatically enabled if you have the latest patch though without needing to do anything special.

I have a slightly different problem. I had to wipe an reinstall my computer, and reloaded GC2 + DA. I cannot get the Collector's Edition content in my shipyard, and cannot find where to type in the serial number.

Fixed it. I typed in the following link after updating my serial number with the Collector's Edition #:

https://www.galciv2.com/CollectorsEdition/

And now I have the parts.
