Who are you? This is a question to Stardock posters like Kryo, Frogboy.. and others.
You have answered so many questions to us. Can you answer this one too?
Would be nice to know a little info for the developers of GalCiv2.
For example you were working always in game industry? You were dreaming to become a game developer? How old are you? Do you play GCII? (not for testing but for fun)

Okay, 24 days and no replies from Frogboy, Kyro, etc. So I'll pitch in, even if I have no affiliation with Stardock and/or related development/support staff. I'm Al, I'm new to SDC, I play GC2 for fun and aggravation, I'm an avid sandbox gamer, and I used to work in the computer/console game industry. Used to, as in like 10 years ago now. I wish I still did, but crap happens. I worked as an "associate producer" (read: gofor) for several products for SNES, Genesis, handhelds, and PC. I still design games as a hobby, but of the tabletop strategy sort -- and not for professional publication. I'm a PhotoShop and 3DS(Max) master and technical artist, but can afford neither so I use Paint.net and a virus-laden Blender. I turned down an offer to work on the first Final Fantasy movie because I'm stupid. My portfolio was burned onto crappy green discs with a Kodak so I can't retrieve the data (because I'm stupid). I am a sad, sad man.

My name's Aaron, I'm the official moderator around these parts. Contrary to what's apparently a common thought, I am *not* a dev.

For example you were working always in game industry?

Nope. Just started back in July or so. I was a volunteer moderator for a bit before that, and before that I was just a regular GC player like anyone else.

I might try and get into "real" development in the future, but for now I've just got a side project or two such as this. Not much time to work on those lately, though, but there are others playing if anyone is interested.

Do you play GCII? (not for testing but for fun)

Not near as much as I'd like, due to other things occupying my time.
