DA worth it?

Just wondering. Stupid question I suppose being as how this is the game's main forum but I was wondering. I haven't played GalCiv since somewhere in the version 1.3 area. Just wanna know how much has DA changed the game and should I return? Gracias

Hell yes it is worth it! By all means go and buy it... just remember to let everyone know you're going to be 'away' for a while.
