Metaverse not accepting DA finshed games

Trying to post my first completed DA game but I keep getting error 12. Something about serial numbers.
I just upgraded from the origional version to the gold edition.
ANyone having the same problem? Need some help please.

I just finished my first DA game on the metaverse - I signed in as a metaverse game at the beginning. It is refusing to save my game to the metaverse also. I tried to activate a new account (since it didn't recognize the one I had been using for DL), and then tried to resubmit the game to the metaverse with no luck.

I don't know - I may be doing something wrong - or will I have to start a new game after reactivating my account in order to get a score submitted??

I have the same problem its because, for some reason, the servers and your application have different serial numbers, the best thing to do is e-mail customer support and wait for them to get back to you.

I had the same problem.
here is the email i got. it kinda worked. i can submit new games, but not the one where the error occured first.

Try manually updating the serial number. Do this by going to Stardock Central, Tools > Register Products. In that menu use the tabs on the left side to select the category then in the main window please set the software name. Copy and paste the serial number in the box and hit update to update your serial number in the Stardock Central records. After that you should be all set.

I've finally got mine working! - I got that e-mail too TheLaywer although it didn't work for me, I also had to delete the sig.bin file and re-activate it to get it to accept games.
