Am I going to get a CD

If you ordered one in addition to the download. Otherwise, no.

You should have received an email after you completed your order, notifying you of such and providing you a DA serial to register in SDC. If you bought DA with the same email address on your forum account, you shouldn't need to register, just fire up SDC and find DA in with the GC2 modules (click the + next to GC2). Pick it and click Install.

I bought it online as well, but I had to launch the Stardock Downloader and it started installing/downloading immediatley. You will get a cd, if you paid for that feature, your bill will be higher than 29.99 if you did, if not, then just 29.99. I'm not sure how much the S&H was, since I did not go with that option.

Hope I helped

If you ordered DA with the same email as is on your forum/SDC account, you should just need to register the DA serial you received in the confirmation email into the SDC register procuts dialog (in the tools menu). You may also need to restart SDC after doing that.

If you can't register or it still doesnt work after doing so, you should contact [email protected].

General Homsar, you don't have a registration for DA under your email address. If you've bought DA, please contact [email protected] with information on your order.

I also, bought DA with the CD. To date I have received 4 different e-mails, with 4 different serial numbers, none of which work. The link in Stardock Central says purchase and nothing about download. When I tried to purchase DA with the same e-mail address, it said I had to use a different e-mail address. I have contacted [email protected] and the first thing they did was to send me a reply asking what serial number I was using. It took almost a week to even get that. Not too impressed so far, they were quick to take my money but not so quick to provide the product. Not a good customer service tactic.

Did you get an auto-reply from support containing your ticket's web login/pw?  Check your Junk Mail folder to see if it ended up there. If you didn't get an auto-reply then support didn't receive your message. You can put in a new ticket on the support site directly at:
