Renaming opponent's mining bases

Maybe it's intentional, but it's kind of weird - apparently, you can rename anyone else's mining bases. Other than an easy way for me to flag in which order I'll blow them up, I don't see a good reason why we should be able to do this.

You can rename any object in the game that is owned by someone else, the same as you can if you can rename it yourself. Works great for reminding yourself about things.

Basically, you can call things whatever you want--the aliens have their own names for things anyways. It's not like everyone decided to call our star Sol as soon as they started naming stars
