Don't have improved graphics with DA 1.5

I have been playing a game of DA that I started as a beta but have continued into DA 1.5 and I don't see any difference in the starbase graphics or any other types of graphics. In addition I have rarely been able to get any of the in game movies to work. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else has ahd this issue or maybe is it that I started the game as a beta. Plus I would love to know why my in-game movies don't work even though the opening and ending ones do. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Here is a debug.err and a saved game will be attached to an identical email.

First thing the debug is for DL not DA. You have to go into the dark avatar folder to get its debug. It doesn't really matter though, because your graphics card is a glorified GeForce 2 and won't display the textures and such in the game.

GeForce 4 MX cards are not capable of displaying most textures in the game to begin with (not without a third-party workaround, at least). That would be why you haven't noticed any significant difference.

I replied to this one before seeing that Kryo had you taken care of elsewhere. You can get a good card for under $100 that will dsplay the game in all its glory. Checkout Newegg.com they have a great rep and good prices, I've bought from them quite a few times.

As to the workaround I mentioned, it is described in reply #2 of this thread if you want to try and get textures working without buying a new video card. I don't have a GeForce 4 MX myself though so I can't offer any assistance if it doesn't work.
