Cant Activate game

I purchased the gold edition, I was emailed only one code. I used the code to download GC2 and DA. Now when I go to activate DA I put my code in and it says invalid product. I am certain that I am useing the correct code. I have emailed the sales depot and just tried to call them. The message said that they are closed.

Anyone have any idea on what I can do to get this to work ?

For clarification the code worked fine to activate regular galactic civ2 just not the DA xp.

The GC2:Gold serial *should* to work for both of them, AFAIK. If it isn't then you'll need to wait for a response from sales and/or support, unfortunately.

Any idea if they will be working this weekend or are they a m-f 8-4 bunch ?

Ditto. New account, GC2 Gold -> GC2 activates, DA doesn't.

Should everyone affected email support, or can we expect them to fix it on Stardock's end? This does seem to be a problem of the Gold key not working for DA...

Same problem here.The message says I have 2 different e-mail accounts but list them both as the same. I have never had a different account.

It should be solved momentarily I hope. It's just the complexity of all the different types of serial #s with the new version of Stardock Central. We should be able to tweak things on the backend.

Okay, it should be fine now.  Just a hicup in the activation server.

You may need to do this:

Find Dark Avatar, right-click on it in Stardock Central and then select "Activate".

OK, this should be sorted for the evening, but you must use Stardock Central to handle the activation.

In Stardock Central / Games, right-click on the Dark Avatar module and select the "Activate (w/logging)" option. The backend should be happy with the Gold serial you have and will generate the sig.bin in the Dark Avatar directory.

I've tested with CydoniaRanger and scottrycroft's accounts.

Of course, just as I need to go to bed . The new game setup screen is awesome, though - only I can't figure out why Netro Mancer has been replaced by his girlfriend .

not only can i not load up gc2 but stardock central keeps giving me a curupt file popup. i just bought this game please help
