Trouble downloading the expansion.

Hello there.
I bought the download only version of the expansion, but can't seem to be able to download it.
I have gotten an e-mail stating that it's ready to be downloaded, however it is nowhere to be found amongst the 'Purchased Software', I read in a similiar post that it's located under GalCiv2, and if I click there I find an update to 1.5.
I can't download that though because for some reason I simply can't register GalCiv2, when I do it kicks me back with an error message saying "the e-mail you have entered does not match our records, try again." which... is really odd, I tried the "lookup serial number." feature and it sends a mail to that e-mail, so I'm pretty sure that is the one in their records, plus it's the only one I use and would never put another one anywhere.
The Dark Avatar expansion registered just fine though, but despite that I can't seem to find any way to download it..
I tried [email protected], but they don't seem to keen on answering, and with the weekend comming up I thought I would ask here, maybe somebody knows a way I can download it, or register GalCiv2?
