Get a copy of the SDC installer to take home if you don't already have it there, and fire up SDC on your connected machine. Go to the games section in SDC, right click on GC2, and choose Archive->Download and Archive. Then click the [+] next to GC2 to reveal DA, and do the same for it (You need to get GC2 as well because there are updates required for DA in it, but there is currently not standalone patch for them).
After that's done, you'll need to grab the .sdc files from C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\BACKUP, and get them on to some form of portable media (they may not fit on a single CD, so you may need a DVD burner, large USB stick, or a means to break the files into CD-sized chunks).
At home, install SDC, then copy the .sdc files to your desktop and double-click them to install them. You will need a return trip back to a connected machine after this to perform email activation.
If all this sounds like too much pain and you haven't already ordered DA, you can save yourself some trouble and just pick up GC2:Gold at retail or have us ship you a box. AFAIK the retail version does not require activation, and you'll have it all on those discs for easy offline installation anytime (you would however need to activate if you later patched the game).
