Out of curiosity, can repair modules be fitted in Starbases like in Galciv 1? The manual implies this is the case, but I don't think I've ever noticed the existence of repair modules.
If they don't exist, can it be modded into the game?
I think repair modules would make a healthy addition to the game but whatever.
