DA Minor Races: Portraits,Diplomacy, Espionage

I would like to know whether in DA there are new portraits for Minor Races, so we won't get minors which get the same portrait which was a bit disturbing in GC2.
I would like to know also if you can spy now on minors and if in diplomacy you can break alliances with them unlike what happened in GC2?

Hmm...No, No and not sure. Sorry to say, but none of those changed. The only new race pictures are for the Korath and the Krynn. It refuses to let you 'waste resources' on spying on a minor race. And I dont usually ally with Minors, so Im not sure on the last part of your question. They seem to get in too much trouble with the Majors to be worth while in an alliance to begin with.

And if they do get in trouble then just don't declare war with them.
