DA decommission & building upgradebug

Hi all!

Im having this really annoying bug considering starports, powerplants and researchdistribution centers.

When building any of then, then decomissioning them, i am unable to rebuild them again.
The same goes for automatic upgrade, or simply manually upgrading from powerplants to higher level powerplants, they simply "vanish" from the building menu.

It can be a real pain in the when im in a full fledged war and all of a sudden all my production drops drasticly, simply becouse my powerplants "vanish".

Am i the only one experiencing this? Btw, im running the latest DA version.

Yes, this is an existing issue, though I was only aware of the power plants. I've already sent in a bug report. But more emails definitely won't hurt in getting the devs' attention.

I was meaning to send in a report about it myself. I always seem to be too busy to do so. My current excuse is that I got some new games for christmas...

Anyhow, this bug mentioned, from my experience, only seems to occur after you play on a map for a while. Its most problematic when you use invasion tactics that destroy structures, or decide, after you win, that you don't like what they did with the place and decide to change the wall paper, only to find out that it might of been less trouble to keep the wall paper...

Now that I think about it, I might have a save that replicates some of the problems mentioned. I'll go check.

I had this problem in 2a on a very consistent basis (and sent in a bug report w/save).

Not had any trouble in 2b, though.

sry Kryo, didnt know there was a specific topic for DA bugs posts.

Altough its an annoying bug, i have to give it to the stardock team.
They seem concerned about the players opinion and it really feels like im part of the process when putting down an oppinion or a bug etc etc.

However DivineWrath seem to experience this bug only after a while in a game.
Is it not possible that you dont get to the point when upgrading or delaing with changes of the mentioned structures?
I get this bug whenever i try to execute the mentioned procedure.

Im no programmer or anything like it, but maybe the bug occurs because of error in the scripting that says you can only build one starport, powerplant and research distribution center.
Deleting or changing their initial value (decomissioning or upgrading)
seems to go unoticed by the program so that you are unable to rebuild or even select one of these buildings again.
So maybe the script just has to be altered in such a fashion so that it may rewrite its initial value?

Tell me if im talkking jibberish, but id really appricciate if this problem is solved asap.
Speaking of solving problems, does anyone know when next DA update is scheduled?
